Solid Rock Baptist Church processes online donations through the use of PayPal, a safer and easier form of online payment. You do not need a PayPal account to give online.  PayPal accepts major credit cards. Simply click the DONATE button. PayPal does charge a small fee from this donation. (see Question & Answers below)


Questions & Answers
HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can give with your debit (or credit) card or directly from your bank account and PayPal will process it.  The funds will be added to our PayPal account where our church treasurer can transfer the funds directly into the church’s bank account.  You will receive an emailed receipt from PayPal immediately.

IS IT SECURE?

Yes.  PayPal is a trusted source for handling donations online.  They have layers of security to protect your personal and financial information, and none of this information is shared with the church except for your name and donation amount.  You can read more here.

IS THERE A FEE?

Yes.  PayPal charges us 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction.  Here is a simple website to help you easily calculate this so you know exactly how much is being charged on any given amount.  Simply enter you amount, set the fee rate to 2.2% + $.30 (Nonprofit),  click “To receive this…” at the top menu.


Steps for giving online through PayPal

  1. Click the “Donate” button below (you will be re-directed to PayPal’s secure site)

  2. Click “Donate with PayPal” or “Donate with a Debit or Credit Card

  3. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the “Unit Price” box

  4. Follow the PayPal instructions to pay using a PayPal account or credit card

  5. If you already have a PayPal account, log into your account to complete the transaction. (Note: Personal card information stays within the PayPal secure system and is not seen by the church.)

  6. To use a credit or debit card, enter your information

  7. Click the ‘donate now’ button at the bottom of the form to submit

  8. Your receipt will be sent by PayPal to your email address immediately
